Job Summary
Update and complete incoming reservations from online booking channels, reviewing and correcting data to maintain a 99% accuracy rate. Manage daily reservation queues to prevent processing delays, generate productivity reports, and escalate system bugs or interface issues to management. Keep team members informed of daily rate structures and pricing updates while adhering to workplace safety rules. This role supports MicroSourcing's managed services operations across the Philippines, requiring high data accuracy and queue management skills within a hybrid, shifting schedule environment.
Required Qualifications
- High Data Accuracy: Proven ability to input data with a 99% accuracy rate
- Queue Management: Experience managing high-volume tasks and workflow queues under tight deadlines
- Basic Reporting: Ability to track and report daily productivity metrics
- Detail Orientation: Sharp focus on detail when auditing reservation fields and rates
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel reservations, guest services, or hospitality administration
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) or Channel Managers
- Strong written communication skills for coordinating with Revenue Managers
