Job Summary
Data Analyst to manipulate data, perform statistical analysis, and create interactive dashboards for monitoring business metrics across functional teams. Must be proficient in SQL; Python strongly preferred for advanced analytics and automation; advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, VBA); experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL, data lakes/lakehouses, and data marts. Ability to clean and transform data, perform descriptive and inferential statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, correlation, variance analysis), and communicate findings via Power BI/Tableau dashboards with near real-time monitoring capabilities. Familiarity with AI-first approaches, Databricks or MS Fabric is a plus, and strong data storytelling and stakeholder collaboration are required. Remote work is supported (in-person postings), with a values-driven culture and emphasis on training and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BI/Data Analyst or similar
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistics and techniques
- Familiarity with Databricks or MS Fabric is an asset
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) and AI-assisted features
