Job Summary
Drive data-driven decision-making for manufacturing operations by transforming raw production data into actionable insights. Architect monitoring tools and dashboards, lead semi-automation projects to speed data gathering and reporting, perform capacity planning and simulation to optimize headcount and resources, conduct root-cause analyses on abnormal data trends, and mentor teammates in advanced Excel and data-driven solutions across global facilities in the Philippines. Lead analytical efforts on KPIs such as FG Delivery, Cycle Time, Test Seconds, Lot Size, Leftovers, and Aged Lots, building robust databases and real-time analytics capabilities to improve production reporting and decision speed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience as an individual contributor in a technical or analytical field
- Strong subject matter knowledge in manufacturing processes and data management/visualization tools
