Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management with at least 2–3 years in managerial level
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to present insights to management level
- Experience in managing data reporting, dashboard development, forecasting, and business performance analysis
