Job Summary
Lead data analysis projects to extract insights and drive data-driven decision-making for diverse client portfolios. Utilize advanced analytics, visualization, and statistical modeling to optimize client operations, build data pipelines, and maintain integrity. Manage and mentor teams to develop skills in data manipulation while establishing collective ownership of quality and timelines. Develop data quality improvement plans, create dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, and conduct exploratory analysis to identify business opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to address data challenges and deliver high-quality solutions. Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, and execution within the Acceleration Center Buenos Aires.
Required Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- SQL knowledge (basic to intermediate)
- Developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau
- A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven insights
- Utilizing Alteryx for automation and data integration
- Embracing machine learning techniques for predictive analytics
- Mentoring teams in data modeling and statistical analysis
- Understand the importance of have a correct information management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
- Correct Information Security Management
