Job Summary
Data Analyst at LumiMeds role focusing on turning data into decisions across paid media, content performance, patient retention, and business operations. Build and maintain dashboards tracking paid media performance (ROAS, CPL, CAC, LTV) across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Analyze creative performance to identify winning hooks and formats; feed insights to video editor and media buyer. Track content performance across organic channels (Reels, TikTok) and surface patterns in reach, saves, shares, and follower growth. Monitor patient funnel metrics (lead volume, conversion rates, drop-off points) and flag anomalies. Pull, clean, and structure data from multiple sources (ad platforms, CRM, Shopify or similar) into usable reports. Build and automate recurring weekly and monthly leadership reports. Support A/B test design and analysis for ad creatives, landing pages, and offers. Help translate complex data into plain-language summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a data analyst, marketing analyst, or growth analyst role
- Strong command of Google Sheets or Excel — formulas, pivots, data modeling, clean formatting
- Experience pulling and interpreting data from Meta Ads Manager or similar paid platforms
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases
- Ability to build clean, readable dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent
- Comfort working with messy, multi-source data and cleaning it into something usable
- Strong written English — you'll be summarizing data for US-based stakeholders who aren't analysts
- Based in the Philippines, available full-time during PST hours (Mon–Fri)
