Job Summary
Analyze complex datasets, identify trends and issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Optimize query performance and implement validation checks to guarantee reliable data delivery. Author documentation, present findings, and develop test cases confirming data quality. Collaborate with engineers and architects to review solutions, while partnering with stakeholders to understand data needs. Evolve the data platform to support business initiatives and advance analytics capabilities. This role requires 5+ years of experience in SQL, Python, Scala, and Azure Fabric within a clinical data environment at Fortrea in Bengaluru.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, data engineering, or related field
- 5+ year of experience working with data in analytical, reporting, or engineering projects
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other data programming languages
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data challenges
- 5 to 7 years of experience working with data in analytical, reporting, or engineering projects
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, Python languages, SCALA and Azure Fabric
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, data engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of clinical data (e.g., SDTM, CDISC standards, EDC systems)
