Job Summary
Data Analyst to provide technical and administrative support for RESTORE Act data management: data entry and records management, development of SOPs, management of datasets for COAST SharePoint, preparation of bi-weekly status reports, and support for program staff documentation and communications; onsite in New Orleans, LA, requiring federal background check.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Data or Information Management, Business Administration, Data Science, Library Science, or a closely related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
- Demonstrated experience in data entry, records management, SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms, and data quality control.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with geographically dispersed teams.
- Must be capable of successfully passing a federal background check.
