Data Analyst

Data Analyst responsible for analytics modeling, dashboard development, and ensuring data reliability across departments. Build analytics that power decisions, design and maintain the analytics layer (dbt models), ensure data quality and consistency, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to understand data needs. Support the major rebuild of Kids Empire’s data foundations by working with the tech team and data engineers to redesign the operational schema and update reporting to the new structure. Key technical requirements include advanced SQL, BigQuery or similar data warehouse, dbt, and dashboards in Domo/Tableau/Power BI/Looker/Metabase. Preferred experience includes Git, Python, CRM segmentation, multi-location retail, and AI tools. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong data modeling and documentation skills, and the ability to translate complex problems into robust data products. Must be based in the US or a US-friendly time zone.
