Job Summary
Identify relevant data to analyze and impact product sell pricing, then aggregate and organize information using Microsoft Excel functions. Create clear reports for senior management and present objective data mining to support business decisions regarding market strategy and performance. Formulate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to enhance staff efficiency and productivity while adhering to company policies and Lean principles. Requires a two-year college degree with three to five years of data analysis experience, high proficiency in Excel pivot tables and charts, and experience with POS or ERP databases. Full-time role with 40-hour weeks and overtime as workload dictates.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year college degree
- Three to five years related experience in a data analysis role
- High level of computer literacy
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Experience with a POS or ERP database, with reporting functionality
- Proficiency with pivot tables, charts and graphs in Excel
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Strong statistical analysis skills
- Ability to evaluate multiple levels of data and identify patterns
- Ability to develop impactful charts and graphs to present findings
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Excel and related Office products
- Skill in using critical thought to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
