Job Summary
Data quality-focused analyst responsible for monitoring and improving customer data quality across onboarding, servicing, and regulatory reporting; translating business needs into clear data requirements and actionable user stories; collaborating with upstream and downstream teams; building dashboards with Power BI; and communicating insights to technical and business stakeholders. The role combines analytical skills with a product mindset to drive data quality improvements and promote data quality practices within ING, in a part-time hybrid arrangement based in Amsterdam.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
- Proficient in SQL
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboards
- Experience with Python (pandas) and/or Excel for data analysis
- Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
