Job Summary
Perform data analysis to identify bottlenecks, define optimization opportunities, and support data-driven decisions using statistical methods, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and process mining. Collect business intelligence data from internal data warehouses via MS SQL SMS, validate datasets, and analyze workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies. Collaborate with stakeholders to document current processes, lead data analysis projects, and manage sprints within AzureDevOps. Communicate analysis results, propose solutions, and create clear reports to enhance user experience and track project KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) years of experience as a Data Analyst, or in a related position providing stakeholders with data analytics to support recommendations/decisions and track progress
- Data analysis using statistical methods and tools including correlation analysis, regression analysis, predictive modeling, and Power BI
- Statistical project models depicting current trends and forecasting project KPIs, Net Revenue, Distribution, Profit (NOPBT) and market share
- End-to-end project management
- data analytics to support recommendations, decisions and track progress within projects
