Job Summary
Data Analyst Intern responsible for supporting the Global Logistics and Operations data work behind how we design, test, and optimize rider payments across 23 countries. You will model and review order payment structures to improve engagement and operational efficiency, query large datasets with SQL, translate findings for non-technical stakeholders, assist in designing and running experiments for global rollout, and leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis. You will track KPIs, spot anomalies, and iterate to ensure fairness and local relevance in models, partnering with experienced analysts for mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Recently completed degree or master's in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field
- SQL is essential
- Python familiarity (pandas or similar)
- Excel / spreadsheet familiarity (formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong problem-solving instincts
- Fluent English for cross-functional communication
