Job Summary
Conduct stakeholder interviews, data profiling, and process mapping to discover client needs. Analyze raw data sets, flows, and business logic for insights, trends, accuracy, and performance. Design, build, and implement BI reports and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, and other visualization tools. Interface with clients throughout the delivery process and collaborate with Digital, Design, and Engineering practices to deliver end-to-end solutions using Agile methodology. Apply advanced SQL, Python, and data warehousing skills to ensure data integrity and compliance. This role is for Inspire Eleven in Tetovo, requiring on-site hours with unlimited time off and a focus on optimizing business strategies through data and digital innovation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of consulting experience with a focus on data analysis
- Extensive experience in SQL and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, or equivalent for building dashboards and reports
- Advanced Data Analysis & Statistics skills
- Familiarity with ETL tools & Data Pipelines
- Proficient in writing and optimising SQL queries and knowledge on Databases
- Strong programming skills in Python for data wrangling and advanced analytics
- Experience with platforms like Databricks / Snowflake / DBT / Redshift / BigQuery, or similar for datawarehousing
- Understanding ML: regression, classification, clustering, and model evaluation
- Skills in ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations
- Ability to stay organized and flexible
- Excellent communication skills (in English)
- Experience collaborating with and presenting work to clients and stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast paced environments
