Job Summary
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities while supporting day-to-day operational reporting on key metrics, SLAs, and performance indicators. Extract data using basic to intermediate SQL for reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis, then translate insights into clear presentations for leadership and business teams. Collaborate closely with operations, program, and business teams to understand processes and recommend data-backed process improvements. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of operational reports while assisting in documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Requires 1-2 years of experience in operations or process analytics, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders. Based in Bangalore or Hyderabad with a 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, process analytics, business analysis, or a similar role
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic to intermediate SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Experience handling operational work, tracking metrics, and managing recurring deliverables
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively
- Exposure to process frameworks
