Job Summary
Data Analyst to support Data Labeling and HITL operations, partnering with Ops/ML/Product to translate workflows into metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools. Build dashboards tracking labeling throughput, SLA adherence, backlog health, reviewer performance, and QA outcomes; define and refine metrics for labeling quality, accuracy, efficiency, and cost; contribute to reliable data pipelines from SQL sources; analyze task complexity and reviewer dynamics to inform planning; communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical partners; bring strong SQL, Python, and BI tool experience to enable evidence-based decisions and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or operations analyst in tech/fintech/operations-heavy environments
- Strong SQL skills (Redshift preferred) including joining large datasets and writing maintainable queries
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Tableau
- Working knowledge of Python
- Exposure to operational metrics, QA processes, or labeling/annotation systems is a plus
- Experience taking analytics work from question to insight to action
- Comfortable working with incomplete data and evolving requirements
