Job Summary
Data Analyst to translate raw data into actionable insights that directly drive client growth and retention strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing key metrics (sales, engagement, retention, customer behavior), delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations, hypothesis development and testing via A/B experiments, automating and optimizing data collection and reporting, conducting market research and benchmarking, collaborating across teams (strategists, creatives, leadership), and presenting findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Sheets is required; experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Analytics is a plus; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is bonus. Remote, Contractor, Full-Time role with compensation $45,000-$55,000 DOE.
