Job Summary
Develop dashboards and BI solutions using tools like Power BI and Tableau to translate complex supply chain data into durable analytics products that drive measurable business outcomes (margin, labor, service, and operational performance). Leverage Ryder's modern data stack (Azure, Snowflake, Power BI, Copilot) to design persona-based dashboards, engage stakeholders, and accelerate insights with AI daily. Own outcomes end-to-end, recommend actions, and tie initiatives to real business decisions and measurable results. Over time, become a domain expert in automotive and industrial supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent
- Two (2) years or more Applied Project(s) Experience
- Two (2) years or more 2-4 years' experience in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business
- Experience in demonstrating, digital transformation, data management in an educational/project or intern type environment required
- Experience working in a cloud environment a plus
- Master's degree preferred
- DOT Regulated No
