Job Summary
Data Analyst II to collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements, develop KPIs, and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide insight into business performance. The role translates data into clear, accurate reporting, supports process improvement through data analysis, monitors data quality, and assists in resolving data issues to ensure reliable reporting. Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Salesforce, SAP, and related platforms recommended; requires ability to communicate insights to stakeholders and support cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, data management, business intelligence, or related role
