Job Summary
Build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards; analyze historical data to provide actionable insights; develop data models from multiple sources; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consolidate reporting; act as a liaison for data between business and engineering to advocate for data capabilities; thrive in a cross-functional BI team environment. You’ll be the go-to resource for reporting on Alma’s business data, translating quantitative and qualitative data into impactful recommendations for stakeholders at all levels, and enabling centralized, accessible data on demand.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of data analytics experience
- Proficiency in SQL, with daily use in querying data from a data warehouse
- Experience with dbt or data modeling
- Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Lightdash or equivalent)
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
