Job Summary
Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics to lead the development of people analytics and workforce insights across the organization. This role will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with HR data, and the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business recommendations. Responsibilities include developing dashboards and reports on workforce metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, engagement, mobility, costs), workforce planning and insights, data management and governance, dashboarding and automation, and stakeholder management. Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau, Excel, SQL, and HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is required, with experience in Python or AI-enabled analytics tools considered a plus. Location-based expectations include on-site work in Mumbai and Bengaluru (India). Reports to the Global Head of HR / Head of People Analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, BI, or related analytics role
- Experience with large and complex datasets
- Experience in a global organization is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Excel
- SQL
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of workforce analytics and reporting methodologies
- Experience with Python, AI-enabled analytics tools, or predictive analytics is an advantage
