Job Summary
Serve as a subject matter expert on UDS, Meaningful Use, PCMH, and quality management programs. Extract clinical data from existing systems like eClinicalworks and develop methodologies to track new relevant data for continuous care improvement. Build clinical performance reports, dashboards, and analytical systems to increase transparency among providers and management. Model data using SQL, Excel, and Tableau to identify operational impacts, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Provide monthly reporting and analytical support to clinicians and leadership to enhance care quality and consistency. Work independently on low to medium complexity projects while elevating issues and recommendations to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Informatics, Analytics or related field
- 2-4 years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience in healthcare industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret and visualize data from multiple sources with attention to detail and accuracy
- PC proficiency
- Super User in Excel and databases
- Excellent writing, reporting and communications skills
- Ability to foster and maintain a positive working relationship in a multidisciplinary team and clients
Desired Qualifications
- Prior UDS, Meaningful Use, PCMH experience prefer
- Knowledge of e-Clinical Works (eCW), Azara, or Bridge IT a plus
