Job Summary
Growth-focused Data Analyst role driving dashboarding, funnel analytics, and cross-functional growth initiatives for Midi Health. You’ll build and iterate dashboards to track KPIs, analyze end-to-end user journeys, support B2B growth with health-system and employer partnerships, and monitor lifecycle marketing metrics (email/SMS) while upskilling toward ownership of growth analytics domains. Emphasis on data visualization, storytelling, and translating complex data into actionable insights to accelerate user conversion. Hybrid work model with 2 days/week in Palo Alto office.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, growth, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Looker)
- Hands-on experience with event-based analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Experience with Ad Platform dashboards (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Ability to analyze conversion funnels and translate data into narrative
- Comfort with integrating AI tools into data workflows
- Strong attention to detail in reporting and data integrity
- Experience collaborating with growth and commercial teams
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing metrics and email/SMS performance
