Job Summary
Hybrid Data Analyst position in Minneapolis, MN to drive quantitative and qualitative analysis for Gravie’s health-benefits platform. Responsibilities include delivering regular analyses to inform business opportunities and product roadmaps, translating data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences, supporting the design and enhancement of Gravie’s analytics platform, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1+ years of data analysis experience, strong SQL and Excel skills, familiarity with Python or R, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. The role is based in Gravie’s NE Minneapolis office with an average of three in-office days per week (hybrid). You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Economics, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Strong SQL to query databases
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with Python, R, or another statistical programming language
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
