Job Summary
Data Analyst within the Estates analytics team focusing on forecasting, analysis, and tools/reports to support business growth. Lead forecasting, fulfill data/report requests for senior leadership, and develop automation projects (Airtable, VBA) while maintaining and enhancing Power BI reports. Produce ad-hoc analyses of property data using Excel, write and optimize database queries, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations. Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills (including VBA and Power Query)
- Experience developing Power BI reports with DAX measures
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of financial concepts (EBITDA advantageous)
- Familiarity with Airtable
- Experience with Python or R advantageous
- Background in commercial property, utilities or retail analytics advantageous
- Strong communication with stakeholders across varying technical levels
- Proactive, independent, self-starter attitude
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload
- Strong problem-solving and commercial mindset
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
