Job Summary
Mid-level Data Analyst to lead analyses of user data, build dashboards, and tell compelling stories to influence product development. Responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, reporting on key metrics, supporting product launches and A/B testing, using techniques to incorporate external information, and communicating findings clearly to cross-functional teams. Collaborates with product managers, engineers, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to drive KPI-focused initiatives and ad-hoc analyses for high-impact business questions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science or related field; Bachelor's degree in STEM fields also acceptable
- Minimum 4+ years of industry quantitative analysis experience
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Experience with a data visualization tool like Tableau
- Familiarity with Product Analytics (adoption, churn, cohorts, funnel analysis)
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders from multiple functions (product, marketing, finance, etc.)
- Experience handling large-scale data efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Financial Services or FinTech preferred
- Previous work evaluating product iterations or experiments
