Job Summary
Data Analyst to collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources; analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities; design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools; translate business needs into data-driven solutions; develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems; apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling; ensure data accuracy and integrity; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI
- Experience with Tableau; familiarity with Looker a plus
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
- Programming experience in Python or R is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
