Job Summary
Partner with business stakeholders to interpret financial results, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights for planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles. Own actuals-to-plan-to-forecast reconciliations, provisions, and accruals while ensuring accurate data cleaning and validation across JDE/ERP systems. Maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards, validate reporting metrics, and provide super-user training on analytical tools. Resolve day-to-day analytical issues, recommend accruals, and coordinate process improvements to strengthen data-driven decision-making within the Finance function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 3+ years work experience including experience in an international manufacturing/industrial environment
- 3 years work experience in an analytical or support role within Finance
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and insights
- Experience working cross-functionally and partnering with business stakeholders
- Proficient Power BI
- Proficient or expert level in MS Excel, including pivot tables
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Minimum 3 days per week in the office
- Occasional international travel to other Elementis sites as required
