Job Summary
Data Analyst role focusing on implementing, improving, and maintaining SQL/SAS and Power BI-based solutions. Collaborate with product analysts, data scientists, business users, and clients to understand needs and design end-to-end solutions. Design and develop scalable turn-key ETL pipelines; strong knowledge of RDBMS and data warehousing concepts; hands-on SQL and SAS skills. Create data models for BI/Analytics needs to answer identified use cases. The role requires a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in analytics-related fields and 2+ years of SAS/SQL experience; Power BI is a beneficial skill. Working experience in the Insurance domain and experience in dual-shore engagements with direct client management are preferred. The work arrangement is Hybrid in Mexico City, with emphasis on collaboration and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in SAS and SQL
- Ability to work with clients directly and manage dual-shore engagements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment and take uphill challenges
- Cross-cultural competency and ability to work with clients across the globe
