Job Summary
Collect, analyze, and validate employee compensation, benefits, and workforce data to produce standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. Support HR and finance teams by ensuring accurate and timely data reporting, documenting report specifications, and maintaining business intelligence tools and Excel-based models. Analyze compensation trends, labor costs, and workforce metrics using business intelligence tools to support operational reporting and workforce planning. Requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with six months of experience. Full-time role with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Master or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Cis, Engineering, It, Business Administration, Science, Health Informatics or related field
