Job Summary
Join Priority Management Group as a Data Engineer to build and scale our internal data infrastructure in healthcare. Responsibilities include developing operational, financial, and clinical dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, writing advanced SQL queries for data handling, and designing data pipelines from multiple systems. The role requires 2–5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics, proficiency in SQL and Python, and the ability to collaborate with leadership on performance insights.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance optimization)
- Strong Python skills (pandas, automation scripts, data transformation)
- Experience building Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards
- Experience building data pipelines or structured datasets
- Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting metrics, and business analytics
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare, SNF, or post-acute care datasets
- Experience with data warehouses or cloud storage platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience integrating data from multiple software systems or APIs
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes
