Job Summary
Collect business requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis to define target user roles and goals. Conduct research and manipulate primary data using business intelligence tools to identify key themes and trends. Support advanced analytics interpretation with specialized software and contribute to the preparation of reports and dashboards. Collate and analyze data using preset methods while consulting stakeholders on data recording standards to ensure quality. Perform root cause analyses to recommend performance improvements for analytics systems and platforms. Work independently to develop capabilities through training, coaching, and maintaining industry best practices.
