Job Summary
Proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in incident management, monitoring tools, and RCA. Monitor data pipelines and systems to ensure smooth operations, manage and resolve data-related incidents with timely response, perform detailed RCA for data issues, collaborate with engineering and business teams to troubleshoot data inconsistencies, track incident trends and resolution metrics, implement preventive measures to improve system stability, support data validation and QA processes, maintain comprehensive incident and RCA documentation, and participate in Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong expertise in incident management, monitoring tools, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Experience monitoring data pipelines and systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues and collaborate with engineering and business teams.
