Job Summary
Data Analyst - Business Technology Delivery responsible for owning, shaping, and scaling analytics and AI products for the LATAM region. Partners with business leaders, IT BRMs, and global data/AI teams to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and ensure adoption at scale. Combines hands-on execution with product ownership to deliver dashboards, models, and analytics products while driving regional value realization, reuse, and lifecycle management. Requires collaboration across stakeholders, data engineers, analytics engineers, and data scientists, with a focus on measurable business impact, governance, and reusable data products. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Snowflake; ability to translate business needs into analytics requirements and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2+ years in data, analytics, BI, AI, or digital roles
- Hands‐on exposure to tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, Snowflake
- Ability to explain data insights to non‐technical audiences
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to drive things to completion
