Job Summary
Data Analyst II to join StackAdapt’s Business Intelligence team. You will design, build, and maintain dashboards and datasets; write advanced SQL to extract and validate data from multiple sources; identify and propose new KPIs; manage reporting project plans; collaborate with Product, Revenue, and Operations to clarify data requirements and address quality issues; drive regular BI reporting cycles and support AI-assisted workflows using Claude and Gemini for planning and documentation. The role emphasizes actionable analytics, data quality, KPI adoption, stakeholder satisfaction, and delivering reporting projects on time, with a remote-friendly setup for candidates in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role
- Advanced SQL proficiency with ability to write complex queries and work with data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar)
- Strong project management skills with ability to clarify requirements, set milestones, manage risks, and deliver initiatives independently
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to write effective prompts, evaluate AI-generated output, and integrate AI tools into day-to-day workflows
