Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards to track contract performance, cost, and schedule metrics by connecting to authoritative data sources and migrating legacy Excel data into enhanced database solutions. Oversee CBO systems including user management, data repositories, and collaboration platforms while performing upgrades, providing user support, and delivering training. Develop conceptual data models, white papers, and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences to support NSWC Crane's data strategy initiatives. Assist in infrastructure assessments, predictive modeling, and the transition of data science models into production systems. Collect and analyze performance-related data to identify cost reductions and efficiency improvements for Government review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, and database management
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Secret level Clearance required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with ERP systems and authoritative data sources
- Familiarity with data modeling methodologies and statistical analysis techniques
- Knowledge of automation tools and workflow optimization
- Experience supporting government or DoD environments (preferred)
