Job Summary
Data Analyst responsible for establishing standard processes and metrics across Boeing Commercial Aircraft to ensure consistency in analysis and reporting of staffing information. Responsibilities include conducting assessments of processes against standards, analyzing data, providing feedback on results, and collaborating with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics using Lean methodologies or related tools. Will operate at an appropriate organizational level to implement strategies and plans, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives through data-driven insights. Requires experience in data analysis, strong communication skills, and manufacturing familiarity (mechanical, fluids/pneumatics, electrical integration, composites fabrication/assembly). Shift mainly 1st, with potential additional shift requirements. The role emphasizes formalized data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration across teams, with a focus on standardization and actionable metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- 1+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
- 1+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
