Job Summary
Drive brand performance across a portfolio of gaming brands by diagnosing what's working and leading initiatives that move the needle on growth and efficiency. Transform data into strategy by surfacing trends, uncovering opportunities, and delivering recommendations that directly shape business operations. Own performance reporting by designing and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or equivalent tools so KPIs are visible and acted upon. Raise the commercial team's analytical bar by building best-practice frameworks, standardising processes, and creating a culture where insight is shared freely. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to align brand strategies with company-wide goals, and present to senior leadership with confidence, translating data complexity into compelling narratives. Champion analytical innovation by continuously evaluating emerging methodologies to keep commercial intelligence ahead of the curve.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a commercial or business analyst role
- Track record of shaping strategy through data
- Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in at least one major data visualisation platform (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Demonstrable ability to build and embed knowledge-sharing or best-practice frameworks within a team environment
- Solid understanding of the gaming industry
- Knowledge of consumer behaviour in a Free-to-Play or social casino context
- Knowledge of market dynamics in a Free-to-Play or social casino context
- Knowledge of metrics that matter in a Free-to-Play or social casino context
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to write a crisp exec summary
- Ability to present live to a senior leadership team
- Proactive, solutions-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages for deeper analytical work
