Job Summary
Data Analyst to support the client’s BI team by creating, delivering, and automating key reports across multiple client programs. Responsibilities include converting Excel-based reports into automated Power BI dashboards, building and maintaining reports in Excel and Power BI, ensuring timely delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports, interpreting data to support business decision-making, applying Power BI knowledge to enhance reporting processes, and coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling, Power Query)
- Ability to learn and adapt to existing BI methodologies and reporting practices
- Solid understanding of data analytics, business metrics, and reporting workflows
- Excellent communication skills to interact with global teams
- Strong attention to detail and time management, especially in remote work environments
- Experience working with international teams or across time zones is a plus
