Job Summary
Data Analyst supporting supply chain excellence across Columbia, PA manufacturing operations. Analyzes supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement; collaborates with procurement, production, and engineering to align material planning with build schedules; monitors inventory levels, forecasts demand, and recommends optimal stocking strategies; supports supplier performance management by tracking delivery timelines, quality metrics, and pricing trends; develops and maintains reports and dashboards related to inventory, lead times, and supplier reliability; assists in the development of sourcing strategies for critical materials; identifies risks in the supply chain and proposes mitigation plans; participates in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics, warehousing, and production flow.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, coding)
- experience with Power BI
- ERP/MRP systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
