Job Summary
Lead the development of modern Power BI dashboards for Finance (I2P, B2C, B2R) and drive internal communication across the global organization. Responsibilities include driving BI analytics, data integration from SAP, Comarch ECM and additional systems, building and maintaining dashboards and KPI landscapes, ensuring data quality through governance, supporting global BPO setup, and conducting ad-hoc analyses for Finance, Operations, and Management. Also responsible for organizational communication and stakeholder enablement: translating complex processes into clear materials (presentations, infographics, intranet pages, newsletters, LinkedIn posts), designing communications around new tools, KPIs, and success stories, maintaining escalation paths and process explanations, preparing steering materials and leadership briefings, and moderating workshops (onsite and remote) to align global stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days in the office, open to international collaboration, GDPR-compliant data handling, and non-discriminatory practices. This role emphasizes a greenfield BI environment, high visibility to management, and opportunities to drive automation using Power BI and Power Automate.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or reporting
- Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with SAP or SAP-based data models; experience with ECM (e.g. Comarch) is a plus
- Excellent English skills
- Structured, analytical, solution-oriented mindset with good storytelling capabilities
