Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Power BI for Data Engineering roles
- 3-5+ years in CX analytics or related fields for Data Analyst roles
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce for reporting and dashboards
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and modeling
- Ability to create and manage dashboards in Power BI or similar tools
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills
- Experience in regulated environments or data governance
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights
