Job Summary
Work closely with Product Managers to provide data-driven inputs on product performance, user behavior, and growth opportunities—translating findings into actionable recommendations. Analyse product funnels, cohorts, LTV, DAU/MAU, retention, and user behavior to support prioritisation and decision-making. Define and own stakeholder requirements for customer usage metrics, KPIs, and reporting processes; build and maintain dashboards and reports. Obsessively study customer usage data to identify opportunities for driving higher engagement, retention, and monetisation. Design experiments and analyse A/B tests to measure feature impact. Design and maintain data models and semantic layers enabling self-serve analytics across product and business teams; leverage AI tools responsibly in analytical workflows. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business) for fast-paced execution.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/BE from a premier institute (IITs/BITS/NITs or equivalent)
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Product Analytics or Business Analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Python proficiency (pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with Amplitude or Mixpanel for event-level analysis
- Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboards
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Data warehouse concepts (data marts, star/snowflake schemas)
- Ability to work with data engineering teams on schemas
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
