Job Summary
Enable ECO teams by understanding business challenges and providing low-tech tooling for better data insights and efficiency. Analyse data, metrics, and performance indicators to recommend improvements, then create and manage regular reporting, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders. Build and manage data models to connect sources, deliver insights for continuous improvement across Enterprise Customer & Operations, and support reporting standard uplift. Contribute to JIRA standards programs and engage proactively with cross-divisional peers to resolve issues and improve end-to-end outcomes. Requires tertiary qualification in a technical discipline, experience with data manipulation and BI platforms, and knowledge of Prince2 methodology. This 12-month max term contract is based in Australia and offers hybrid working options.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline
- Industry experience analysing real world data
- Experience with data manipulation
- Experience with business intelligence platforms
- Experience with visualization tools
- Knowledge of Prince2 methodology
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Must be legally authorised to work in Australia on a permanent basis without any restrictions
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Australian financial market environment
- Experience in a PMO/EPMO function
- Data Visualization experience (Tableau / PowerBI)
- Exploratory Data Analysis using Python/R
