Data Analysis Team Lead

Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 3-5 data analysts, owning the team’s workflow and prioritizing analysis requests from cross-functional stakeholders. Deep-dive into massive RTB datasets to decode auction dynamics and identify revenue opportunities, building automated, self-service BI frameworks to democratize data access. Define peer review, data validation, and documentation frameworks, and collaborate with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering to translate data trends into actionable product decisions. Drive self-service BI strategy and data democratization, reducing ad-hoc data requests and enabling other teams to make data-driven decisions independently. Note: the role requires a technical degree and 5+ years in data analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Science.
- 5+ years of experience in data-heavy analysis or business intelligence roles, with a proven track record in digital advertising or marketplace environments.
- 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team of data professionals (as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Manager).
