Job Summary
Data Analysis Specialist for Telecare’s Pathways to Recovery program focused on EHR management and outcomes reporting. Responsible for coordinating data tasks across Caminar/Avatar and primary EHR systems (member demographics, diagnoses, service codes, billing), generating crucial reports, and analyzing outcomes to guide program improvements. Acts as a data liaison between program staff and payer representatives to ensure alignment and accuracy. Onsite in San Diego, CA with a standard full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of database or data entry experience (experience with health records, medical billing, or billing codes preferred)
- Skills: ability to work with minimal supervision, set clear daily priorities, and problem-solve as a self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal staff and external payer reps
- Core Certifications: CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire)
