Job Summary

Develop and maintain peer benchmarking programs across production, capital efficiency, and asset-level metrics to inform strategic decisions. Build dashboards and advanced analyses using statistical modeling and peer valuation to surface trends for team and department-level choices. Support the Supply Chain technology roadmap by partnering with leadership to evaluate analytics solutions and develop GenAI-powered tools for automation. Investigate complex data issues, document recurring queries, and resolve technical problems by coordinating with internal and external data owners. Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and develop executive presentations for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Science/Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Geoscience, Engineering, or related degree
  • Advanced proficiency in scripting languages
  • Ability to write efficient, reusable code
  • Ability to automate routine analyses
  • Ability to apply advanced visualization techniques to larger and more complex datasets
  • Ability to tailor visualizations to audience needs
  • Ability to independently resolve data and technical issues
  • Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to facilitate small group discussions and knowledge sharing sessions

  • Independently uses AI to accelerate personal workflows, such as code generation, debugging, and drafting report summaries
  • Ability to identify and suggest minor improvements to personal and team-level data workflows
  • Ability to integrate multiple tools and platforms for more complex analyses

  • Ability to develop and deploy GenAI-powered tools to automate recurring analyses and reporting

  • Ability to support the Supply Chain technology roadmap by partnering with leadership and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and evaluate analytics and technology solutions
  • Ability to build and document ad hoc and recurring queries to answer increasingly complex business questions
  • Ability to support annual planning, budgeting, and M&A/divestiture evaluations with external benchmarking insights
  • Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure consistent benchmarking methodologies and enhance analytical datasets, visualizations, and tools
  • Ability to investigate, document, and resolve complex data issues, coordinating with internal and external data owners on sustainable solutions
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for teams and departments
  • Ability to proactively support cross-functional teams and anticipate stakeholder data needs
  • Ability to share knowledge with peers and participate in team training
