Job Summary
Lead the Data & AI strategy practice by co-leading teams, managing complex transformation initiatives, and advising senior stakeholders on business impact. Drive business growth by finding, shaping, and converting opportunities into top-line contributions while shaping Datashift's strategy offerings and market positioning. Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating complex challenges into actionable initiatives and supporting AI adoption and change management programs. Take end-to-end responsibility for client engagements to ensure quality, impact, and stakeholder satisfaction. Support consultants in professional development and contribute to the creation and conversion of thought leadership into client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Management, or a related field
- Proven consulting experience
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- A proven track record in business development
- A proven track record in client relationship management
- A strong track record of leading client engagements
- Experience in or eagerness to manage a team
- Experience in or eagerness to manage a P&L
- Experience in Data Strategy
- Experience in Analytics
- Experience in AI
- Experience in Digital Transformation projects
- The ability to think and act both strategically and pragmatically
- Strong leadership skills

- Fluency in Dutch
- Fluency in English
