Data & AI Strategy Manager

Job Summary
Lead client engagements on data & AI use case selection, roadmap development, and strategic execution while guiding consultants and mentoring teams. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to clarify business challenges, translate complex analytics concepts into clear strategies, and shape operating models that balance centralization and decentralization. Ensure value realization by tracking business outcomes and proactively bring fresh industry insights to clients and colleagues. Take the lead to develop sub-domains within Datashift strategy, both in content and business development. Work within a highly entrepreneurial Strategy team tackling cutting-edge challenges for leading organizations across industries.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (Business Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, ...)
- 4–8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in strategy consulting and with previous exposure to data, analytics, or AI projects
- Proven track record in leading projects
- Understanding of and interest in the impact of data and AI in industries and organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- A strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability
- Fluent in English and Dutch (highly preferable) or French
