Job Summary
Role focuses on supporting Data & AI Solutions with Generative AI and agentic features, data solution support, and project coordination. Responsibilities include building and testing AI agent prototypes, basic data discovery and profiling, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, drafting internal docs and training materials, enabling cross-functional AI upskilling, writing simple SQL queries, supporting dbt and Airflow changes under guidance, building Power BI visuals and Power Apps/Power Automate components, and coordinating projects with Agile/Hybrid delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration, structured delivery, documentation, and clear status updates, with a paid contract arrangement starting July 2026, based in Mississauga, Canada, with onsite and virtual flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Data/Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or related field
- Coursework or projects demonstrating SQL, data analysis, and introductory programming (Python preferred)
- Familiarity with one or more: AWS basics, DBT, Airflow, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, JIRA, Confluence
- Interest in Generative AI, NLP, and automation; willingness to learn enterprise tools and compliance processes
- Ability to work in a team, ask clarifying questions, and deliver small tasks on time
- Candidates must have an expected graduation date after December 2026
- Available to work full-time for duration of the internship
